Perimenopause and menopause can affect sleep, mood, energy, temperature regulation, muscle recovery, body composition, confidence and overall wellbeing. The experience is different for every person, which is why support needs to be personalised.

At Equilibrium, we offer a supportive, non-clinical wellness pathway designed to help you feel more informed, more regulated and more in control of your daily wellbeing.

Our Menopause pathway may combine sauna, ice, red light therapy, massage, breathwork, optional blood testing, consultation, wellness education and targeted products. The focus is on recovery, calm, strength, sleep support and practical lifestyle guidance.

We do not diagnose or treat menopause. For medical advice, HRT, medication or symptom management, you should speak to your GP or a qualified menopause clinician. Our role is to sit alongside that care by supporting the lifestyle, recovery and wellbeing foundations that can make daily life feel more manageable.

Focused Menopause Support sessions

Our Menopause pathway may also include focused sauna and ice sessions designed for women navigating perimenopause, menopause and post-menopause. These sessions create a supportive shared space for people experiencing similar changes in sleep, energy, mood, temperature regulation, recovery and stress tolerance. The aim is to help clients feel less isolated, more informed and more supported within a calm, non-clinical setting.

Sessions can include adapted sauna and cold exposure protocols, breathwork, guided recovery, discussion prompts and practical wellbeing education. Protocols are always designed around comfort, suitability and confidence, rather than intensity.This is a structured wellness experience, not a clinical treatment. It is designed to help women build repeatable rituals around rest, recovery, confidence and self-care.

Wellness Library

Clients following our Menopause pathway can also access our wellness library, with selected books on menopause, hormones, sleep, stress, nutrition, strength and ageing well. Books can be browsed in the space or borrowed between visits, helping you continue your learning beyond the session. Our aim is to create a supportive environment where you can feel more informed, more confident and better equipped to navigate this stage of life. Our library is not a substitute for medical advice, but it can sit alongside your GP, menopause clinician or wider healthcare support as part of a more rounded wellbeing journey.
